The new Master Management App, MASTER MANAGEMENT CONNECT is now live!
MASTER MANAGEMENT CONNECT links you to Master Management like never before! With the app on your phone, you now can instantly submit requests to Master Management right from your smart phone. You can include a picture of a cracked sidewalk, blown street light, broken sprinkler head, debris in a lake or more. Your report will automatically alert Master Management to exactly where the problem is located.
You will now receive updates on your issue, letting you know when it has been resolved. In addition, the new app has instant links to call security, the Master Management office, the main gate and more.
Can't find a computer to watch the live Master Management Board meeting? No problem. The app connects you to the live meeting right on your phone. If you want to watch a previous meeting, you can do that as well.
You have links to the latest news and latest Master Management INSIDER newsletter.

Is your building doing routine safety checks?
|
Last month, a fire at Berkshire A sent one person to the hospital.
The incident should be a stark reminder to all building boards and residents that your management company should be checking your safety equipment on a regular basis.
We urge you to make sure your building is receiving regular safety inspections.

Current
agreement to continue
|
After careful consideration of resident feedback as well as evaluation of the deal being offered by Comcast, the decision has been made NOT to enter into early negotiations with Comcast over Village services.
Instead, the decision has been made to continue current service under the existing agreement until it nears its expiration in 2024. When we get closer to the end of the contract, we will revisit the details.

Message from the Executive Director
|
Safety is all our business
|
You may have noticed a common theme to several of the news items in this month's INSIDER.
We are reminding you to make sure your building is properly maintaining its safety equipment. We are providing a special shuttle bus to help you receive your COVID-19 booster shot. We are highlighting the improved lighting across the Village. Finally, we are spotlighting our new app with which you can instantly report needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
All these items help to improve our safety here in the Village. But there is another related theme. All these initiatives require your participation.
Safety is not only the job of Master Management and our security team. Each of us has a responsibility to make the Village a safe place to live. If you see a cracked sidewalk, use the new app and let us know. If you haven't yet, do the responsible thing and get your booster shot. Finally, make sure your building leaders and management company are doing all they can to make your home safe.
Last month was the twentieth anniversary of 9/11. You could say 9/11 was the start of the popular phrase "If you see something, say something." That mandate applies here as well. If you know of something that is making life in the Village unsafe, you have an obligation to report it.
