Nancy Greenwald is an attorney, arbitrator and business leader with over 40 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction and facilities management (AEC/FM) industry. Her work spans projects ranging from $50,000 to $9 billion. A Harvard Law School graduate (J.D., cum laude) Nancy spent 30 years as owner of a design-build firm and now serves as Executive Director of the Construction Institute, a non profit, non partisan association dedicated to advaning cross-industry collaboration and professional development.
A Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Nancy is a recognized authority on dispute resolution and construction innovation. She serves on the American Arbitration Association's Commercial, Construction, and Energy Panels and is regularly appointed as an arbitrator and mediator by courts and private parties. She teaches and trains professionals in negotiation, conflict resoluation, dispute systems design, and project communication.
