Mastering Performance Leadership is a comprehensive, dynamic, and integrated program for developing individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve higher levels of performance while improving the relationships of its members. It is a conference designed to guide leaders to help their people maximize their performance by aligning personal and organizational goals while creating an atmosphere of mutual respect, and creativity.

The various leader-follower examples and scenarios challenge
individuals to become self-aware and examine how their actions and behaviors affect others. It encourages personal and professional growth on a continuum of constant self-reflection. Course Objectives:
1. Open communication between leader and follower. Increase the frequency and quality of conversations about performance and development between you and the people with whom you work.
2. Identify and define the characteristics of the different performance conditions you will encounter with your followers on their path to peak performance.
3. Discover the ability to accurately diagnose the current condition of your followers based on their actual ability to complete their task and their current engagement in that task along with your followers’ confidence and motivation to succeed.
4. Teach others how to provide their own direction and support through self-awareness.
5. Value and honor the need for requisite variety of leadership
responses in the workplace to provide the balance needed to
achieve peak performance.
6. Enhance performance through better understanding of yourself and others by completing and using the DISC behavioral model.
7. Provide leadership behavior diagnostics to make more effective decisions in leading people.
8. Identify poor performance indicators and provide guidance to effectively lead and manage all employees from the top performer to the dysfunctional.
