Dear Miramonte Community, | | |
Happy Valentine’s and Presidents’ Day Weekend! Across the school district, students now have access to two AI tools through their school accounts:
-
Gemini – Google’s large language model (School version)
-
NotebookLM – Google’s research, analysis, and content generation tool (School version)
With teacher authorization, students may use Gemini and NotebookLM for appropriate tasks such as research, individualized academic support, and studying. Additional information about the use of AI in the Acalanes Union High School District is available on the District’s website: AI in AUHSD.
Enjoy the long weekend, and GO MATS!

Snacks Needed for the C&CC
Our Seniors love dropping in and raiding our snack bucket. While we love that they love coming in and want them to keep doing so, we are critically low on the sweet snacks that seem to satisfy their daily sugar cravings. Our parents are always so generous in providing student snacks for the CCC and we are so appreciative (as are your kids)! Students can bring things in to us, or parents may order from our Amazon Wish List for delivery to Miramonte. THANK YOU PARENTS!

Miramonte Musical Theater & Stagecraft proudly present: Mean Girls
Based on the beloved 2004 film and the Broadway smash hit, Mean Girls High School Edition is a high-energy, laugh-out-loud musical with heart. Written by Tina Fey, with music by Jeff Richmond and lyrics by Nell Benjamin, this “fetch” production is packed with sharp wit, a catchy score, and a sincere message about friendship, empathy, and being true to yourself.
The story follows Cady Heron, who may have grown up on an African savanna, but is completely unprepared for the social jungle of suburban high school. As she navigates cliques, friendships, and the infamous Plastics—led by the charming yet ruthless Regina George—Cady must decide who she really is and where she belongs.
Performances will be held on March 6, 7, 13, and 14 at 7:00 p.m. in the MHS Theater. This production contains themes and language that may be best suited for audiences 13 years of age or older.
Purchase Mean Girls tickets here, and be sure to follow @miramontemusical on Instagram for rehearsal sneak peeks, cast spotlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
