Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team opens it’s FIFA World Cup 2026ℱ Send-Off Series against Uzbekistan on Monday, June 1 at Play Alberta Field at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton,ï»ż with kickoff set for 7:00 PM MDT, in a match presented by BMO.

4:30 PM – Fan Fest Opens at Lot A

5:30 PM – Stadium Gates Open

ï»żEnjoy a lively atmosphere featuring a DJ, face painters, balloon artists, and a photo booth, along with interactive experiences from Canada Soccer and its partners. Come early, get game ready, and soak up the energy before heading into the stadium.

IMPORTANT STADIUM INFORMATION


To ensure a smooth entry into the stadium, please review all security and safety guidelines before arriving at the venue:


  • Commonwealth Stadium has a no bag policy for all guests attending events at the venue to make entry faster, safer and easier for everyone. Guests are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium. Learn more about the Commonwealth Stadium bag policy here.


  • Be sure to have your mobile ticket ready for display on your phone for entry. Only mobile tickets will provide access to the venue.


  • Commonwealth Stadium only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out.


  • Fans are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time to enter the stadium. Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. With an expected crowd of more than 45,000 fans, early arrival is strongly recommended to ensure a smooth experience.


  • Commonwealth Stadium is an outdoor venue, so fans are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

TRANSIT


Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) provides convenient transit access to Commonwealth Stadium from across the city. The Stadium Transit Station is located directly across the street from the venue, offering easy access on matchday. PARKING

ï»ż

Parking is available at Commonwealth Stadium in four lots (A, B, C and D). An accessible drop-off is located at Gate 6. Please note Lot A will be partially closed and that on-site parking is limited and public transit is strongly recommended.
