Dear Max,
If you need to put up the buzzer beater at the end of the game, you might as well make it count. The United States Supreme Court is hearing the Johnson v. Grants Pass case on April 22, and the Charles Bruce Foundation will be standing on behalf of the unhoused with another Washington, DC Homeless Memorial Blanket Project art installation in keeping with one of our missions; using art to support social justice. Even more exciting is that our own Pat LaMarche will be bearing witness after being granted a press pass to cover the proceedings.
As we mentioned in our Match Madness Countdown #2 update, we received a $500 pledge to get a bus to DC for this hearing. If we can get $800 more donated through Partnership for Better Health, then we will have enough in matching funds to pay for the rest of the bus to transport supporters from Carlisle to Washington, DC! Better yet, we will get a first-hand account of the proceedings on the trip home.
Because this trip to Washington, DC is so very important, we are offering you a way to pledge your donation directly. When you donate through the Partnership for Better Health site, designate that it's for the Charles Bruce Foundation - a box will pop up and you can type that it's for the Homeless Memorial Blanket Project.
Whether you give $10, $100, or more, the Partnership will increase your support. You can designate your gift to the Charles Bruce Foundation at the Partnership for Better Health's official Match Madness webpage by clicking on the donate button below, or you can also simply point your phone's camera at the provided QR code to be taken directly to their website. If you prefer to donate by check, make it payable to the Partnership for Better Health, listing The Charles Bruce Foundation in the check’s memo line and mail it to:

Thank you for all you do to help us work with the arts, artists and artisans who use their talents to work for change AND for the unhoused who need our voice!
Sincerely,
CBF Board of Directors
