SOCIALRECAP

AUSTIN SOCIAL WAS A WHOLE LOTTA FUN

Many thanks to all alumni who attended the social at the 2014 Men's NCAA DI Swimming and Diving Championships.

We hosted nearly 60 National Team Alumni with the gracious help of Jill Sterkel and Ricky Berens. The social was crowded, but intimate.

It was a great opportunity to meet new USA Swimming Foundation Ambassadors Nathan Adrian and Anthony Ervin who were in Austin to support their college team, The Cal Golden Bears. Nathan Adrian and National Team peer, Conor Dwyer, brought alums up-to-date on what's in-store for Team USA this summer at the Pac Pacific Championships, World Championships Trials, and beyond!

USA Swimming Foundation Board Members Ron Van Pool and Brendan Hansen attended. Brendan is settling into his leadership role and his message of "this is our sport and our chance to make a difference" was a high point, moving and impactful.
