West Maui is reopening, welcoming visitors to the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii.

We hope you enjoy our Maui inspired works...

Maui Update: A sign of hope

Just over two months ago fires ravaged the beautiful Lahaina Town, reducing its vibrant colors to ash. But a new sign of hope is blooming in the midst of the ashes.

Lahaina's Banyan tree, planted in 1873, is a symbol of the deep roots within our community and despite this tragedy it's branches remain raised to the sky. Local volunteers have helped pour 1000's of gallons of water at the root bases to replenish the soil around the tree.

With resiliency and strength, Lahaina and its people are recovering alongside their beloved tree.

New growth has been spotted at various points along the Banyan Tree's branches.

Fire destroyed the Maui Historical Center and Lahaina's Banyan Court Park. Spanning 1.94 acres and rising 60 feet tall, this is the United States largest Banyan tree.

We are hoping for a full recovery of our banyan tree. Photo credit: Maui Guides for this beautiful image.

Welcome Back

West Maui re-opened to visitors on October 8. This is a staged reopening with business, restaurants, and other services slowly coming back to offer that unforgettable Maui experience .

We know having the support of the 3 million annual visitors to Maui each year will be critical for our recovery.

We welcome you back with Aloha!

Gaze at the West Maui Mountains as you enjoy a whale watch tour or sunset sail.

Stroll the tranquil beaches of West Maui, and grab a beachside lunch at Whaler's Village.

Exploring Maui

While Lahaina is temporarily unavailable, Maui has many other wonderful sites to explore...consider driving the West Maui Loop, with a stop at Kapalua for lunch. Hike the path to the Blow Hole and grab some of Julia's Banana Bread.

The bustling artistic community of Makawao and other areas of Upcountry are a must see!

Paia Town, with its laid back vibe, is a wonderful place to meander and check out the shops, or just observe the colorful characters of the town. See the sunset at Hookipa Beach where the green sea turtles gather to sleep, and finish the night with a meal at Mama's Fish House.

Buckle up for a fun ride on The Road to Hana, one of America's best drives. After Hana Town visit the pristine Haleakala National Park for an afternoon of activities.

Hike up the Pipiwai Trail, enjoying the bamboo forest and a trickling stream.

Make it to the top and see Waimoka Falls. After the hike spend some time soaking in the Seven Sacred Pools.
