Re-Registration Due January 30 All registered organizations must submit re-registration through MavOrgs every semester. Spring 2023 re-registration is now open and must be approved by January 30. The Big Event Site Leader Applications OPEN! Site leader applications for The Big Event 2023 are now open! Apply now using the QR Code or by visiting the @uta_tbe Instagram page. Applications are due on February 2nd, 2023, and The Big Event will be on April 22nd, 2023.

Sweet Treat Tuesday Kickoff Student Leadership Center (UC 180) Tuesday, January 24  12:00 pm – 1:00 pm As you get your semester started, come explore the Student Leadership Center. Join us for the semester kickoff of Sweet Treat Tuesday where you will meet the Student Leadership Center staff and learn what is in store for Spring 2023 from the Leadership Center. All students are invited to stop by the Follett Student Leadership Center for a sweet treat and learn more about what the Leadership Center has to offer you. Sweet Treat Tuesday is a come-and-go or come-and-stay event.  This is a weekly event throughout the spring semester. When you attend, ask about our Sweet Treat Tuesday Loyalty Program!

Now Hiring MavElite Tour Guides MavElite Tour Guides lead walking campus tours for prospective students, families, school/community groups, and VIP guests. Tour Guides staff the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center in the College Park District and help host University recruitment events. The primary function is to serve as representatives of the University of Texas at Arlington and create memorable experiences for campus guests. Scan the QR code above to apply!

This report must be submitted and approved in order to have the hold removed. View information about submitting this report here. Re-Registration holds in this spreadsheet reflect a missing registration from Fall 2022. That can no longer be submitted. Your group must have an approved submission for the Spring 2023 cycle in order to remove this hold. See next section about re-registration. Risk Management Training must be completed by advisor(s) and president regardless of when they completed it for the 21-22 academic year. View completion (as of 1/13) here. If the people on this list no longer represent your organization, you must update the officers in MavOrgs and email us at mavorgs@uta.edu. The extended deadline was September 12 and holds have now been placed. Read about risk management training and access the self-enroll link here. Groups with an Advising hold must notify our office of your new faculty/staff advisor. If you need assistance finding one, please email us. Debt holds are resolved once your past-due debt has been paid at Student Accounts and you email a copy of the corporate payment receipt to us. Your advisor receives the invoices and debt notices so please follow up with them. If you have questions about your holds, please email mavorgs@uta.edu.
