 Identifies and acts on key issues of interest to Mountain View businesses. Areas of focus include local, state and federal legislative issues, as well as business and industry related issues such as transportation, development, regulation and business trends. The committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. 12:00pm – 1:30pm at the Mountain View Chamber.

When we started our Scholarship Mountain View program 10 years ago, we were hoping to help deserving students from hard-working local families, bridge the gap and be a bit more comfortable in their first year at college. Back in 2009, we gave away $3,000 and it was split between two students. 

We’re proud to tell you that our scholarship program has grown a great deal in the last decade. Our annual scholarship awards dinner was at LinkedIn a few weeks ago and we awarded a total of $70,000 to 15 students. This graduating class of 33 is now a part of a network of over 500 Alumni. LMV is currently recruiting for the next program year, 2020, which will also be the 30th Anniversary of the Program. Concerts on the Plaza | June 7 & June 21
The Community Services Department proudly presents Concerts on the Plaza! The concert series will take place on the first AND third Friday of the month April through September from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Join your friends and neighbors and bring your blanket or lawn chair down to the Civic Center Plaza for a variety of musical performances. In addition to the music, there will be a food truck, a “Pop Up Park” area for children and for adults, beer and wine.
