Maximum Benefit & Contribution Limits for 2019
On November 1, 2018, the IRS announced the annual cost-of-living adjustments to various dollar limits affecting retirement plans for the tax year 2019. 

If you are a ML&R Wealth Management 401(k) plan client, no action is needed as these changes will be incorporated into your 2019 testing. 
* Catch-up contributions are available to employees age 50 or older during the calendar year.
**  An employee with compensation in excess of $125,000 during 2019 will be a Highly Compensated Employee (HCE) in 2020. An employee with compensation in excess of $120,000 during 2018 will be an HCE in 2019.
