Union Public Library Preservation Project
|
Union Public Library has a long and rich history in the greater Tiverton community. The Union Public Library Association is in the process of digitizing its treasure trove of historical documents for future generations.
With 200 years’ worth of papers and photographs, the cost of this ambitious project will exceed the funds available. The Association is asking for the public’s help in reaching this goal.
For those wishing to donate toward this project, checks may be mailed to Union Public Library Association, 3832 Main Road, Tiverton, RI 02878, with “preservation” in the memo, dropped off at the library on Tuesdays between 10:00am and 5:00am or on Saturdays between 10:00am and 1:00am – or go to our Facebook or Instagram page and click on the DONATE button.
