From what I read, the app can help to improve your sleep, reduce some anxiety and may even contribute to you feeling a little happier. The app works with meditation and relaxation to help you to destress. Music is also a factor on the site.

While these are just a few that have been recommended to me, there are so many others that can be of use with certain mental health issues. Please verify usage of these apps and potential cost if that is an issue.
If you are using an app that is helpful to you, please email me and I will pass along that information to my readers in a future newsletter.
