Reminder! Nationwide Roadside Enforcement Event This Week

The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) will conduct its 2026 International Roadcheck May 12–14 across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. During the 72-hour enforcement event, inspectors will perform North American Standard Level I Inspections on commercial motor vehicles and drivers.

This year’s focus areas are cargo securement and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance. Inspectors will be looking for improperly secured loads, ELD tampering, falsification, and other safety violations that could place vehicles or drivers out-of-service until corrected.

In addition to the focus areas, inspectors will also review critical vehicle systems such as brakes, tires, lights, and steering during the inspection process.

Don't Let Texas Propane Dollars Go Down the Drain. Report now!

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) sent out a critical annual survey that every propane retailer must complete.

Every report counts. This report determines how assessment dollars are allocated to Texas—less data can mean less funding for the Propane Council of Texas, which means your favorite projects' costs to you could rise, or worse, get cut.
