Community Update
Quail Creek Country Club POA
Dear Quail Creek Residents,
First and foremost, we want to express our appreciation to our residents for their patience and support while we work to reopen our facilities as safely as possible, with the health and well-being of our residents and staff at the forefront.

Pools and Fitness Center Operations
On May 12, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced that he has lifted the restriction of pools and fitness center operations as of May 13. Our operations staff has plans in place, and upon this news, have already begun the work needed to begin the reopening process.

Following is a schedule of reopening both the Pools and Fitness Center. Use will be limited to residents only. In order to comply with social distancing, the number of residents who will be able to use the facilities at any one time will be limited and will be by reservation only. This is for the safety of both our residents and staff as well as allowing for proper sanitation between uses. There will be protocols in place to help us reopen as safely as possible. For example, indoor showers and lockers will not be available at this time. For detailed protocols, please read Pool Guidelines . Detailed guidelines for the Anza Athletic Club will be issued prior to opening.

GoFundMe
Thank you to the resident volunteers who worked to create the fund and well as the residents who donated generously so that the goal of $50,000 was surpassed. Checks will be issued this week to employees in need. The community's generosity has been amazing, and this provides a big help to our hard-working staff.

Madera Clubhouse Renovation
The Madera Clubhouse renovation is starting to shape up nicely. Please take a few moments to review the most recent photographs, taken on May 13, 2020, courtesy of Jeff Krueger. You’ll find that both the women’s and men’s restrooms have been stripped to the studs! Click here for the latest photographs .

Crack Sealing on Quail Creek Roads
Starting Wednesday, May 20 through Sunday, May 24, Sunland Asphalt will crack seal Quail Range Loop and a small section in Unit 4 (the old model village). The larger cracks in the pavement will be blown clean and filled with a hot rubber sealer. The crack filling material cures within 5 minutes of contact with the surface. Access and traffic flow will be disturbed for short periods of time near the sealing operation. If you must have access around the operation ask the crew foreman and he will help you get where you need to go. Do not park where work will be performed or where it blocks traffic. Click for additional information and map .

Creative Arts and Technology Center (CATC)
A number of residents have asked about the reopening of the CATC building. We are currently in the planning process to make that happen as quickly and as safely as possible.

As we continue to move forward with some gradual openings with what will be some strict protocols, please continue to take the precautions necessary to stay safe and healthy. Follow CDC guidelines, wear your masks, keep your social distance, and only participate in what you feel comfortable doing. By doing so, you will take care of yourself and others. Thank you all for supporting each other, our staff, and Quail Creek.

Best Regards,

David Jones and Quail Creek Board of Directors
