Reflecting on a Year of Change, Growth & Gratitude
Dear Parents,
As we prepare to close out the school year, we take a moment to reflect on all that this year has brought—both joyful and challenging. It was a year filled with ups and downs, new beginnings, and many blessings.
One of the brightest highlights was the opening of our new daycare facility—a dream come true that has provided a warm and nurturing environment for so many young learners. We are truly grateful for your patience and support as we navigated this exciting transition. We are thankful for the many donors who made all of this possible and will be forever grateful for this beautiful space for your children and for many more for generations to come. At the same time, our hearts were heavy as we faced the difficult reality of Mrs. Erickson’s unexpected illness, which meant she was unable to finish the school year with us. Her presence, warmth, and dedication have been dearly missed by students, families, and staff alike. We continue to hold her in our thoughts and send her strength and love. Please continue to pray for her recovery and for her family.
Despite the challenges, our students showed incredible resilience, joy, and growth. A huge thank you to Mrs. Charapata and Mrs. Jarmuz for the consistency in learning, love, support and dedication for our students. We are truly blessed by their commitment and for making this year one we can all be proud of. Whether they were learning new skills, or simply discovering more about the world around them, we couldn’t be more proud of each and every one.
We are looking forward to new and exciting things for the upcoming year! We have started ordering new playground equipment. Our first purchase was the Gaga Ball pit which was set up this week and is already thoroughly enjoyed by the students during recess. Next up, we just ordered new swings which will be put in this summer. A new slide is the next item up for purchase and we will continue to add new items throughout the year. We are excited to create a safe and fun place for the kids and can't wait to get started.
Have a great weekend!
