Peabody 2020... Did you Know?

Did you know that Peabody School started offering classes in Songwriting and Sound Recording and Production for our Middle School students this year? Although these classes were great additions, we only scratched the surface of what we could do with our students due to physical plant limitations. The new performing arts classroom will include two soundproof practice rooms with recording and sound mixing capabilities for our students. Upon completion, we will offer a podcast class where students can integrate skills learned in Language Arts and Social Studies as well! If you haven't already, please consider making a gift to help create new opportunities for our children! A gift in any amount is significant and makes an impact for our kids!
Alumni News

Ella Chin, Peabody class of 2013, was recently featured in the Daily Progress as a member of the Piedmont Virginia Community College Class of 2019. Ella will be attending the University of Virginia in the fall and was the recipient of the Watterson Scholarship. We are are proud of our Peabody Alumni!

Seating will start at 8:30AM and the ceremony will start at 9:00AM and last approximately an hour. The entire student body will be present to honor our 8th graders. Due to limited seating, this event is only attended by students, Grade 8 parents, their guests, and parents of award winners.
