COVID-19 Personal & Health Resources

Nothing is more powerful or contagious than hope. That’s the message North Range Behavioral Health is asking us to share throughout Weld County with “Signs of Hope.” North Range has provided a limited number of signs to us, to distribute in our circles and help spread the word.

The initiative, generously funded by a donation from Bank of Colorado in Greeley, is reminding people that a positive outlook not only helps individuals, it encourages those around them. There are still challenges ahead, but this is one way we can let our community to know that we’ll tackle them together.

Thank you again for your commitment and dedication to supporting our community in your own way. As we display these signs, let us also remember that hope begins with each one of us.
Would you like a yard sign?! Call or email Natalie at the Fort Lupton Chamber and we will see that a sign gets to you. 303-857-4474 or [email protected]

Make History – Respond to the 2020 US Census
Soon you can respond to the 2020 US Census, a once in every 10 years opportunity. Filling out the census form is important!
·         It determines how much money our towns, cities, and counties get from the federal government.
·         It calculates the number of members that Colorado has in the US Congress.
·         It is our constitutional opportunity.

In March you will be contacted by mail about filling out the census form. You can do so online, via your phone, through the mail, or face-to-face with a US Census employee. Thank you for doing so! Strict federal law guards your census responses. Visit  www.greeleygov.com/engage  for more details.
