BoS CoC Advisory Board Meeting - Webinar Only
The Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC) Advisory Board will meet at 10 a.m. ET Thursday, May 21, 2020, via webinar. To protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners, KHC is closed to visitors and in-person meetings. This decision was made in response to the impact of the COVID-19 in Kentucky and limiting gatherings to our CoC members and KHC staff as a precaution.

Joint Mortgage and Housing Assistance Website Launched for Americans Impacted by COVID-19
To ensure homeowners and renters have the most up-to-date and accurate housing assistance information during the COVID-19 national emergency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) launched the new mortgage and housing assistance website https://www.cfpb.gov/housing.

KYHMIS Data Quality Training Video
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is excited to announce the arrival of the 640 Data Quality Report Training Video. This new, exciting training video can be found on the HCA Help Desk and will accompany additional data and reporting trainings to come within the next few weeks.
This video offers in-depth instructions on how to run the ART 640 as well as how to locate errors within it. As a reminder, errors found on the report should accompany the Data Quality Error Form upon submission of the 640.

Applications Accepted
KHC's Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) will begin accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program at 9 a.m. ET Monday, June 1, 2020. The Section 8 online application will be available within the applicant Rent Café by creating an account; or persons may call into KHC's Customer Service at 877-552-7368, extension 888, to complete by phone or request an application via email at [email protected] and return via email. Hand delivered or mailed applications will not be accepted.
Please direct those interested in applying to KHC's website, under Rental, HCV Rent Café, Applicant Rent Café. We encourage everyone wanting assistance to register online. Applications are accepted in the order they are received.
Waiting list applications and registration for new applicants will not be available until 9 a.m. ET Monday, June 1, 2020.

In honor of Memorial Day, KHC offices will close at 5 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2020, and remain closed on Monday, May 25, 2020. KHC offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
