News Circling the Square
Countdown to Opening Day!  In less than 5 weeks the Dedham Farmers Market (founded and run by DSC) will kick off its 10th season on June 14th. The weekly market, held on the green at First Church, will run 3-7 pm on Wednesdays.  We have lots of fun stuff planned to celebrate our 10th season. More details on this and our vendor lineup soon!

Back to the Future
- The Dedham Square Master Plan Steering Committee met for the first time last week to begin the process of developing long-term plans for the Square. It will include an intensive review of the current zoning bylaws, design guidelines, redevelopment opportunities and consideration will be given to the impact on parking, traffic and accessibility. The development of the Square Master Plan came at the request of the Dedham Square Circle which approached the Town to request funding for enlisting a consultant to facilitate the process. The funding was approved at the May 2016 Town Meeting.  Click here for the story in this week's Dedham Transcript.

Music Notes - The Dedham School of Music is raffling off two tickets to see the much-anticipated James Taylor/Bonnie Raitt show at Fenway Park on August 11th. Raffle tickets are $10 or 3 for $25. The winner will be drawn at their upcoming Comedy Night Fundraiser on May 19th (winner does not need to be present). Click here for more info.
