The Lake Superior State University community was shocked and saddened by the passing of both
was held on campus May 11. The Dr. Thomas C. Pleger Memorial Fund has been established with the LSSU Foundation
.
The university's governing Board of Trustees named Dr. David Roland Finley as acting president. The
Trustees will meet May 26 to begin planning the search for a new president. We ask that your thoughts and prayers be with Dr. Pleger's wife Teresa and both their families in this difficult time.
413 students earned Dean's List honors for spring semester 2017. Please join the Provost's Office in recognizing these students for their achievements.
