Exercises That Eliminate the
Sorry boys...this one's for the girls!
With summer just around the corner and bathing suit season upon us...many of my female clients have been asking me about the bra bulge or back fat and how to get rid of it.
Since there is no such thing as spot reducing...it's important to incorporate exercises that provide a proper balance of working the chest, arms and back. Focusing on these muscle groups will also help improve your posture, which ultimately helps eliminate the appearance of bra bulge.
When possible, try to use free weights to make the exercises more challenging but body weight will also work on many of these too.

Renegade Rows (upright plank with back rows)
Tricep Extensions on bench or stability ball
Chest Fly on bench or stability ball
Plank with Lateral Arm Raise
Single Dumbbell Back Rows
Push-ups with shoulder extensions
Dumbbell Back Pullover on bench or stability ball
Of course there are so many more, but this is a great list and most can be done with minimal equipment. Incorporate these exercises into your fitness regimen on a consistent basis and say bye to back fat and bra bulge!
