The remaining three buildings are envisioned as mixed use with ground floor commercial. Potential upper level uses could include office and/or residential space. The city is seeking creative proposals that will provide a balance of uses among these buildings.
A Request for Proposals has been posted to the City of St. Charles website, at Inquiries can be directed to Rita Tungare, Director of Community and Economic Development, at (630) 377-4443 or

Featured Board Member of the Month

Renee Raymond
WBC Vice-Chair

I felt honored when I was nominated and then elected to serve on the fabulous St Charles Chamber of Commerce board. The energy of the new chamber staff and vision for the future they share with the board makes for such a cohesive effort in reaching more members.  The dedication of the board and professionalism is exemplary and I am so happy to be a part of it.  It is hard to believe that all these professionals with other careers and business can be so excited and ready and willing to help make the Chamber a success.
I serve as the board liaison for the Women in Business.  I am the vice chair of that committee.  The board is growing in leaps and bounds comprised of leaders and energetic women.  We have monthly luncheons with featured speakers and host the holiday party for the Chamber each year. The group is wonderful and we love having anyone and everyone attend our functions and luncheons.
There is always something fun to do or places to go and people to meet.  Events or lunches or meetings to attend.  Get involved as much or little as you like, but get involved!!  The St Charles Chamber is a great way to network and grow your business.   Enjoy  the wonderful City of St Charles and all the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce has to offer!!
