CCBDD Open Hours
Mondays, May 7 and 21, 2018

CCBDD's Provider and Development Support Staff can offer additional 1:1 Billing training, and PST. If you wish to schedule an appointment, please take note:

  • Open Hours are by Appointment Only
  • All Appointments are held at 1275 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland
  • Appointments are 1 Hour, maximum
  • Providers arriving more than 15 minutes late for appointment will need to reschedule.
  • All Providers must bring DODD and CCBDD username and password

May Training Classes
Please keep the following in mind when registering for Training Classes:
  • Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and must reschedule. 
  • If 10 or fewer people are registered, the session will be cancelled
  • Attendees who are not registered will not be admitted and must reschedule
  • RSVP is required by date listed.
Independent Provider Training
MUI and Overview
Annual and Initial Mandatory trainings are offered in partnership with the North East Ohio Network Council of Governments- NEON. NEON's schedule and registration can be found below:

Navigating DD Websites
Tuesday, May 1

Did you know that resources and answers to your questions regarding training, certification requirements, compliance and more are available at your fingertips? Join us to learn how to navigate the CCBDD and DODD websites instead of waiting on hold or playing phone tag. This training is only for those who are comfortable accessing email, navigating the web and have basic computer skills such as saving documents and attaching documents to email.

TRAIN THE TRAINER: MUI

Audience: New Agency Providers and New Management or Supervisor Employees who will be responsible for training
 
Are you ready to train your own employees but don’t quite feel comfortable yet? Join us for MUI Train the Trainer. We’ll discuss the required annual topics, and requirements of the trainer. We’ll also talk about other new training options.  This training is for new agency providers and new management or supervisor employees who will be responsible for training.

Overview of Supporting Individuals Who have DD

Audience: New Agency Employees and Independent Providers
 
Overview of Supporting Individuals Who have DD training also includes training on the Provider's Role in HCBS Waiver Services, and Universal Precautions.
*This training is required prior to staff working with Individuals**
