MAY 2019
It's already May and we have so much to share about what has been going on at Leadership Greater Huntsville.

We're ramping up big time with Alumni Association events. Be sure to scroll all the way through this email to find our Community Conversation and a chance to drink beer in support of our Tuition Assistance fund. We are also planning a Big Day of Service where we'll scatter throughout our community and complete various projects as a group. Scroll down to save the date.

Leadership Flagship will be headed on Launch Retreat next week to Knoxville, TN. Thank you to all the volunteers who have already worked so hard to make this trip memorable and purpose-filled.

Finally, Management Academy 9 finished up their final program day in April. How can it be? They are preparing for graduation in late May and we are so excited to root them on!

On April 25th Connect Class 21 graduated! Initiatives for Connect Class 21 included the following organizations:  WellSton e Behavioral Health Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center Greenpower USA Foundation , Madison County Farmers Market,  National Children's Advocacy Center , and  RideBeside  which is a project developed by a small group in the class designed to bring adaptive bikes to bike share kiosks around our community. We are so grateful to have been along for the ride as they learned and experienced our community the past 9 months.

We couldn't let this newsletter go by without talking about Focus Class 38 and all they brought to the table. This group spent two-and-a-half days together in mid April and built wonderful connections and friendships. Their graduation reception was filled with endless laughter and we are thrilled to add this group of servant leaders to our Leadership Greater Huntsville community.
