LEASHED ON TURTLEBACK | STAFF ARCHIVE
WE LOVE DOGS, BUT...
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our preserves that are open to the public—but only when their owners are also well-behaved enough to keep them on leashes. We've posted many "Leash your dog!" signs. Too often, they don't work—so we decided to try something different.
PARTNERS IN PERPETUITY

Gann Society members since: 2008

Favorite island place: Turtleback Mountain

Quote: “Since we both know that we will not be here, personally, in perpetuity, we are devoted to creating a 'living legacy' for our children, grandchildren, and their grandchildren. We believe that conserving the islands, stewarding them well, and connecting them to our community is the best legacy we can offer.”

The Gann Society is a group of individuals who have notified us that they have provided for the San Juan Preservation Trust in their estate plans. Protect these islands for generations to come with a bequest to SJPT. Read more
