This made showings difficult and slowed the process. Some Sellers were afraid to let Buyers walk through since the property needed to be sanitized after they left.
Buyers looking for
properties out of town were not able to travel or stop at a restaurant to use the facilities, so they did not bother and stayed home.
Some of us lost friends and loved ones and were unable to pay our respects or attend funerals since only five people were allowed at the funeral home or graveside.
