EPH Ministry Opportunity - Prevention Case Manager
Our eviction Prevention program is growing! EPH is looking for a second Prevention Case Manager to join our current staff due to the continued increase in the need for Prevention services in our community.

Our Prevention program began in 2018 to address the root causes of homelessness. The primary role of the Prevention Case Manager position will be to work with local landlords and a comprehensive group of community service partners, as well as directly with families with children, to pre-empt evictions, providing extensive case management and supportive services as needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in the social work, human services, education or similar field preferred. This is a part-time, approximately 20 hours per week position.

If you are interested, please send a letter of interest and resume to: [email protected]
Applications accepted through June 9, 2020.
Home Request

Do you have a home or rental property you are thinking about selling and would like to avoid the hassle of putting it on the market? Your property could be a “Pathway to Self-Sufficiency” for a family experiencing homelessness. EPH helps address the problem of safe and affordable housing through our Long-term Supportive housing program.

We would like to purchase an additional single-family home ($125,000 or less). Three or four-bedroom homes preferred. EPH has had success in the past purchasing properties from within our partnership congregations/parishes and donors. If you have a home you are thinking of selling, or know of someone who is, and would like it to be used in ministry with our families, please contact the EPH Executive Director at [email protected] .
