Recap of April's Chapter Meeting
|
|
In our push to continue to address the needs of our members during this crisis, the monthly Chapter meeting on April 22, 2020 was presented by webinar with over two hundred members attending. The webinar presented by Prof. Dr. Te Wu, CEO of PMO Advisory was Risk Management - Tackling Risks in Projects, Programs and Portfolios. Prof. Wu discussed the ubiquity of risk in complex projects and how to utilize the processes of identifying, evaluating and planning risk responses. He illustrated how the risk management certifications enhance the credentials of all project professionals, especially those already possessing the PMP. In addition, he reviewed the latest development by PMI and the new Global Standard of Risk Management for Projects, Programs and Portfolios by providing a great informative webinar.
