WAYS TO CREATE
ONLINE VIDEOS/LECTURE CAPTURE
Using videos for your online course? We have a few tools that can help with that! We offer Zoom, Yuja, and Camtasia/Snagit technologies to help with your lecture capture and multimedia needs. Contact our support desk at [email protected] for more information.
WHAT IS AN INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER?
What is an instructional designer anyway? How can they help me with my online courses? Instructional Designers are guides, problem solvers, project managers, helpers, and so much more. They are skilled in the best practices for the design and delivery of your online course. Contact [email protected] to get connected to one.
WHAT IS BLUEPRINTING?
A course map to ensure alignment
A course blueprint, or course plan or map, is a tool you can use when designing or redesigning your course. The blueprint acts as an outline for your course as a whole and serves as a guide for sequencing your content. Your blueprint should demonstrate the relationship and alignment between your learning outcomes, assessments and assignments, and course content.

Contact us at [email protected] for a course map template! We'll be happy to work with you on filling it out as you design your online course.
NEED A SANDBOX?
Do you want to start working on you fall courses early
What is a sandbox? It's a D2L course that we can create for you so that you can start working in your online class before fall courses are made available in the LMS. Contact our support desk to have one made for you! Once fall courses are open, we can copy everything from your sandbox to your actual class. Contact our support desk at [email protected] for more information.
