FAREWELL, MARIA!

Program Facilitator and Spanish Specialist, Maria Ruiz will be saying goodbye to PLC for the next part of her journey. Maria will be pursuing her Masters in Social Work at IUPUI.

Maria has spent her time at IPS 107 Lew Wallace, IPS 19 Frederick Douglass, and Willow Creek facilitating in-class lessons on SEL and Restorative Practices. She also was a leading force in making sure our Calm Corner Kits had trauma-informed materials.

We are so proud of Maria for chasing after her dreams. Thank you for your dedicated work to our youth, teachers, and PLC family over the past few years.

Maria, we wish you the best of luck!
