SCOR-P - Supply Chain Operations Reference Professional Endorsement
What is SCOR?
Moving the needle on supply chain performance isn’t easy. APICS has worked with thousands of global supply chain organizations to build company-wide engagement to create and deploy powerful, transformative programs. For 20 years the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model has been the cross-industry, global standard for supply chain excellence. The SCOR Professional program provides employees with the major process components of the SCOR framework: Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Return, and Enable. This helps companies increase the speed of system implementations, improve inventory turns, and drive measurable supply chain process improvement and business performance.

It’s the best supply chain process framework, and it just got better.

New SCOR model for the modern supply chain The world’s leading supply chain framework now incorporates many emerging drivers of supply chain success, including:
  • Omni-channel, metadata, block chain, and other emerging topics
  • Modernized best practices and processes to better align with digital strategy
  • Updated people skills and training, based on APICS body of knowledge
  • Sustainability standards based on The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
  • Tighter alignment of supply chain management costs with SCORmark benchmark
  • Process workflows generated by the SCOR BPM Accelerator, ensuring accurate data mapping

Typical   professions/job responsibilities of SCOR participants: Production management, operations management, supply chain management, procurement, materials management, inventory management

Sign up for an instructor-led class today! We are offering a three-day course beginning October 6th!
