Summer Program Update
For all  current students , our program will run from July 6, 2020 to August 21, 2020. If you paid April 2020 tuition, as a thank you, I added a "Courtesy Week" instead of closing for vacation the week of August 24-28, 2020.

All forms and payments for ACTIVITIES ONLY are due by May 22, 2020. Tuition for the months of July and August can be paid as you normally would.

For anyone interested in sending a school-aged child (6-9 years old), the summer program will run from July 6- August 21, 2020. For additional fees, you may add in two extra "Optional Weeks" for June 29-July 2 and August 24-28, 2020. All forms and payments are due May 22, 2020.

Please print and complete the appropriate form below to register.
Medical Information

Updated forms are needed at the following dates: 3-6-9-12-18 months &
2-3-4-5 years.

You will be reminded as your child's birthday or medical expires.
Please use TLC's form every time.
Me dications can be administered with proper doctor's permission and medication that matches. For example: we cannot administer Tylenol if your doctor specified Motrin. It is VERY specific.

All medication must be provided in its original packaging including the cup/syringe. This will ensure proper dispensing of the dose.

If you want medication to be given to your child to manage pain, or if your child has allergies and they requi re medication, please speak to an MAT trained teacher to check in your forms/medicines.

This Month's Menus

The latest menus can be found on our website.

Please bring in an alternative if your child does not eat what is on the menu. For children under 18 months, please continue to bring in yogurt, fruits/vegetables, and infant snacks. Some of the snacks are not appropriate for their age group and we don’t always have alternatives.

As a reminder, b reakfast is over by 8:40am. Children should be in by 8:30am if you want them to be fed breakfast.
