Hello!

As summer nears we are getting excited to welcome our 2021 Law Student Interns and Graduate Fellows. We are also getting ready for our Virtual Annual Pro Bono Reception on June 16th, which will feature a pro bono virtual tour of Illinois and is free for all to attend.

Additionally, we spotlight two PILI Graduate Fellows who have been appointed to leadership roles within the organization: Gabriel Lara who is serving on our Board of Directors and Usama Ibrahim who is serving on our Alumni Network Leadership Council.

Also read about opportunities for all law student interns to participate in PILI's Educational Seminar Series this summer, our Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month spotlights and other exciting news at PILI!

Sincerely,

Meet our 2020 Fellow Leadership Representatives
Each year, PILI appoints one Intern and one Fellow from the most recent class to serve on either the Board of Directors and the Alumni Network Leadership Council. We're excited to introduce Usama Ibrahim, who is serving on our Alumni Leadership Council and Gabriel Lara, who is serving on our Board of Directors.
