Band and Orchestra - Ms. Church email link; Mr. Carrillo- email link
Hello all 3rd and 4th Grade Families!
As this year didn't allow the usual opportunities for students to attend assemblies and concerts, the band and orchestra teachers of D65 put together this video to show you the different instruments so you can start thinking about what you want to play next year. Please click on the above flyer for a short, musical video about joining band and orchestra next year!
🎻 Orchestra 🎻
I just wanted to take the time to congratulate my wonderful 8th graders! The 8th graders this year are very special because they have been with me since 2nd grade. They are the 1st class of students to start in second grade and go all the way through the program to 8th grade. They have helped grow the orchestra program, helped me design the program, and they have turned into wonderful musicians. It is truly amazing how capable and ready they are for high school and the skills they have achieved. I couldn't be any more proud of their hard work and dedication over all these years. They will be missed dearly and they will all hold a special place in my heart. Thank you so much for all you have done for the King Arts orchestra program and for helping me grow into a better teacher! You all have made it a special place for me and the orchestra students to follow. You have left a great legacy and wonderful influence at King Arts.

Congratulations class of 2021!!!
