Pre-Sales Begin at Orchard Knolls |
Warmington Residential is pleased to announce that pre-sales have begun at Orchard Knolls in San Marcos. This enclave of 20 luxury homes has been well-received by visitors and more than half of the homes released in Phase 1 are already sold! Meridian Communities Starts Pre-Sales at Poway Commons |
Meridian Communities announces that pre-sales are underway and the first townhomes were offered for sale in April at Poway Commons, a mixed-use community in the historic Poway Town Center District. Model homes will open in June and homes will be available for occupancy in late summer. The pedestrian-friendly community will feature 97 market-rate townhomes and flats by Meridian Communities, 44 affordable apartments for seniors by Chelsea Investment Corporation, and 2.2 acres for future mixed-use.
