During this challenge, you will:
- Travel nationwide, stopping at the country’s most amazing hot spots as you record health behaviors

- Have the option to enter as at team to complete challenges
- Have the chance to win weekly raffle prizes
- Have the chance to win one of two grand prizes: a brand new bicycle or a Fitbit Ionic Watch!

Making Do-It-Yourself (DIY) household goods can save money and enhance your sense of self-sufficiency, which can boost your self esteem, self confidence, and provide a healthy sense of achievement. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to make useful items for your home or to give as gifts. Join us as we make foaming hand soap, room spray, seed paper, and beeswax wraps. You can preview the supply list ahead of time and we highly recommend following along with us live. All of these items use eco-friendly materials and can help you reduce waste.

Going camping this summer? It’s easy to bring veggies along with this simple recipe template. Prepare the packets at home, safely store in a cooler (and be careful to prevent cross contamination if using raw meat), and cook in or over the fire. Are you looking for a fun way to connect with your colleagues? We offer a 1-hour virtual "cook-along" for work units and staff organizations by request. The format will be similar to the Kitchen Staples Cook-Along, but can be customized to your group's needs. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. (Minimum attendance: 10)

Here’s How to Participate:
- Join the pre-event Stretch via Zoom, beginning at 11am
- Plan a route where you will move (walk, cycle, jog or roll) for 30-40 minutes
- Post on the event Kudoboard: pictures from your route, words of gratitude and other inspiring messages
