Finance Report -
As of April 2022 the Board learned the system is at 92.65 percent for the budget year. The Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax revenues for April 2022 were up 12.24 percent from 2021 collections and up 10.17 percent from last month. A financial statement, investment reports, and bond summaries were also shared, as well as a detailed capital projects analysis.
Student Connection -
Lee Anne Rice, Associate Superintendent of Teaching & Learning, Todd Shirley, Chief Operation Officer, and Kimberly Bennett, Director of Student Support, presented how we are making our students feel connected by being safe, wanting to come to school, be known, having support and being respected and respectful.

Highlight of Action Item
The Superintendent recommended that the Board approve the Tentative Budget FY23. This was approved by a 3:1 vote. Kristin Morrissey was absent and Wes McCall voted against it.
