Step Five: Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
Spiritual Principal: Integrity

The saying goes 'sunshine' is the best solution for things such as corruption, a requirement for growth and the greenery around us. Shining lights on feelings and experiences in our minds and souls can be a relief and bring problems into perspective.

Integrity and our Step Five are linked, because you cannot have integrity without keeping your side of the street clean and admitting to another person is essential step of cleaning.

Looking at your Step Four list or just reflecting on the past 30 days, is there something you are not proud of which you could share with your sponsor, your meeting group, or even join a meeting you have never attended to share?

As the sunshine FINALLY warms our atmosphere and gardens, use Step 5 to bring sunshine into other parts of your life.
