The first cohort of YouthRoots Routt County has granted $13,500 to five local nonprofits, funding programs for youth mental health and better healthy relationship resources. During the year-long leadership program, the YouthRoots Routt County cohort acted as a mini foundation, identifying issues affecting youth and using philanthropy to tackle those concerns. We're so proud of these nine high school students for growing into a role of empowered and capable leaders who are changing the world through philanthropy.
