💲💲 NOTICE: Wire Transfer Fee Changing to $35

Effective 6/5/23

The wire transfer fee, both incoming and outgoing, is
changing to $35 (formerly $20). Our bank fees have increased
and due to our 100% Commission structure, we cannot absorb
these fees. Agents will be responsible for fees as stated in the Agent
Handbook, so we recommend that you have your clients cover it.

We prefer to not handle wire transfers unless it's absolutely necessary. 
Our best workaround is to have escrow held by the Title Companies
and when we hold them... use DepositLink.

💻 UPDATE: MarketMeSRG - New Website Layout!
We are excited to announce that later this month, SRG will
launch a newly redesigned marketing hub!


The newly updated platform delivers a much easier way to navigate
and design all of your marketing materials, for both print and online use.

John Larney will be doing a "Power Hour" in July, to give an overview
of the new layout as well as the latest products and features available.

New tutorials coming soon!
