While the roofing industry supplies family supporting employment for trained employees, we still face a continuing decline with an aging and unskilled workforce because of current events and other factors. This is not only happening nationwide but in our Washington state counties and cities. This could be a disaster if we don’t act now to adequately train our current and future workforce. Read more.

The sun was shining, shotguns were blasting, and clay pigeons were exploding into pieces as Washington State roofing contractors put on their Clint Eastwood grins and competed in the 3rd Annual RCAW Trap Shoot competition at the Tacoma Sportsman’s Club on April 14, 2023.
