The creative team from NYC Dance Alliance was looking for stage signage they could use to illuminate their iconic NYCDA logo for an upcoming tour. They hired the lighting fabrication team from StoneDog Studios, based out of Freehold, New Jersey, USA, to make this come to life by fabricating marquee lettering using a high-quality LED tape solution that would last through a tour.

This month, we featured three new Broadway shows in our Wednesday Matinee series: CABARET, SUFFS, and An Enemy of the People. All these shows have been nominated for multiple Tony Awards, including Isabella Byrd's Tony nominations for Best Lighting Design of a Musical, with CABARET, and of a Play, with An Enemy of the People. It was great to see our newest QolorFLEX LED Tape - Quad Chip Plus Deep Red - featured among the new Lighting Technology spotlighted in the May 2024 Issue of Lighting & Sound America!

QolorFLEX Quad Chip RGB Amber Plus Deep Red LED Tape offers all the color blending capabilities of our 4-in-1 RGB & Amber tape, as well as the deep red hue. This QolorFLEX Quad Chip RGB Amber Plus Deep Red LED Tape includes an additional wavelength of 660 for Deep Red, making the wavelength for the LED tape 622/518/468/588/660. Its brightness is 455 lumens/meter, it consumes 70 watts/5-meter reel, or 4.27 watts/foot, and includes both 5050 and 2835 LED chips in a single tape.
