On March 5, 2024, the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) condemned 15 residential structures throughout the City. These demolitions are part of our commitment to Strengthen Neighborhoods and will be complete by the end of the summer. These are just the most recent round of condemnations. Since 2021, the City has demolished 38 dilapidated structures throughout town. These demolitions make way for future improvements and new development in our historic neighborhoods.

LINCOLN PARK

Stage 1 of the Lincoln Park improvement project is complete. The .41 mile concrete ADA accessible walking trail is ready for use. Staff are working on drainage improvements and planting grass around the trail. More improvements are still to come with over $500,000 in total investment coming to the park.
