Poolside Service Friday - Sunday

We are excited to offer a new poolside experience this summer! We have an extended poolside lunch menu with special items beyond what the online menu offers, including beer, wine, and cocktails! This special menu will be served from 11 AM - 4 PM Friday - Sunday! Black Prong guests and Daycation, Monthly, and Season Passholders can all take advantage of poolside service!

Big Lick Gives Charity Committee

The Big Lick Gives committee was formed in early 2022 so that a representative from each company could participate in the allocation of funds from the Nagle Family Charitable Fund, which is a tax-exempt public charity operated by the Schwab Charitable Fund under rules defined by the IRS under Sections 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). The goal of the committee is to distribute $100,000 annually to local non-profit organizations that help improve the lives of those in our community.

Bronson Middle High School hosted two Night of Giving fundraisers for their Jr/Sr Prom! Thank you to everyone who came out to support, over the two evenings they were able to raise $1,241!

Master Gardener Volunteer Plant Sale: Saturday, May 4 | 9 AM - 1 PM

The Master Gardener Plant Sale will have a variety of herbs, annuals, perennials, natives, trees and more will be available at exceptional prices. Master Gardener volunteers will be on site for advice on selection and care of your plants. We will also have plant and gardening presentations and informational booths.

Island Grove Blueberry Festival: Saturday, May 4 | 9 AM - 4 PM

Annual festival fundraiser for the Cross Creek Volunteer Fire Department which serves the small communities of Cross Creek, Island Grove, and Lochloosa, tucked away in the southeasternmost corner of Alachua County. UF Family Fishing Day: May 11 | 8 AM- 12 PM

Bring your friends and family for a fun morning of catch-and-release fishing with UF Fishing for Success. All are welcome, especially novice anglers. Use our poles and tackle, or bring your own. Catch bass, catfish, bluegill, and more!

Gainesville Asian Festival: May 18 | 10 AM- 2 PM

The Asian Festival is a new annual event in Gainesville celebrating Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month. Visitors can immerse themselves in Asian culture through food, craft vendors, and local tabling organizations hosting games and activities to learn more about Asian culture. Traditional and modern cultural performances are also featured, providing a glimpse into the vibrant tapestry of Asian heritage.
