For effective dates of August 01, 2024, and later, covered employees and their dependents 18 and older have access to Vori Health’s virtual musculoskeletal (MSK) treatment for back, neck and joint pain.

Available at no additional cost to covered employees, this service helps save on healthcare costs by avoiding more invasive procedures and can be done on their schedule at home.

• Covered employees can schedule telehealth visits with a care team that includes doctors and physical therapists.
• A personalized treatment plan for MSK conditions will be provided by the care team.

New Pharmacy Discounts Available:

Great news! AZ Blue pharmacy benefits are even better. A new discount program called Price Edge is now in effect for all covered members in our fully insured, ASC, and balanced-funding plans that include our pharmacy benefits. ACA plans will be eligible on 7/1/2024. 

The program, Price Edge*, scans discount card pricing for generic prescriptions, compares available options, and applies the lowest price available.

This happens automatically with no action on the member’s part.

Members don’t have to shop multiple channels, which improves their experience and reinforces the value of their pharmacy benefit. Plus, members can use the benefit when shopping for non-Specialty generic prescriptions, whether they are covered or not.

Price Edge:

• Is free for clients and is an automatic benefit for eligible groups.
• Applies to only generic prescriptions (non-Specialty).
• Discounted pricing happens automatically when members fill their prescriptions (for eligible drugs).
• Works for both covered and non-covered generic products.
• Claims can be seen in the member’s claim history.
