Dear Parent / Guardian,
The time has almost come for an end to another successful school year. We have had so many positive things happen to us this year and we are so grateful for the involvement of our parents, families, and friends of Joliet Catholic Academy. As we look to the month of May, we have many exciting events. Our seniors will be celebrating their Baccalaureate Mass / Senior Honors night on Wednesday, May 15th at The Cathedral of St. Raymond and Graduation on May 19th in the Student Activity Center. The underclassmen will have their Honors Celebration during school on May 20th . The Mother’s Day Mass for Juniors and Seniors will be on Friday, May 10th at 12:00 PM in the Student Activity Center.
As the school year comes to a close, please take time to reflect on the school year and all of the events that have happened to your child at JCA in and out of the classroom. In the past, I have had suggestions given by parents about how to make JCA an even better place and I encourage you to do the same if you feel comfortable. We feel that it is very important to hear from all of our JCA family! Finally, please look online at our 24/25 calendar at a glance so you can plan accordingly for next year.
We at JCA hope that your family is blessed this summer and that you are able to enjoy each other and find time for family events. We look forward to seeing our students and families in the fall where we will continue to thrive as a JCA community and have an even better year!
Finally, we'd like to welcome Class of 2028 parents, who have been added to our e-mail list for this month, as upcoming tryouts and events hosted this summer will be pertaining to their students.
Blessings always,

Dear Parents,
We join you in congratulating our Class of 2024 on their tremendous accomplishments. It has been our pleasure and privilege to work alongside you with each of our seniors through their four years at JCA. We wish your families the best as you begin the next chapter and ask you to stay connected with us going forward. Our students, our graduates, and our families are forever our foundation and our inspiration. We are grateful for each of you.
We encourage our underclassmen and families to explore career pathways and college campuses this summer when/if time allows. Summer programs are offered at so many college campuses. We ask our students to take time to volunteer, as they continue to explore their path for the future.
Enjoy the summer!

Mothers’ Day Mass is a long-held tradition at JCA. All Juniors and Seniors are welcomed to invite their mothers and the mother figures in their lives to join them for mass on Friday, May 10th 2024, in the Student Activity Center at 12pm. Juniors are allowed to dress up for school that day but must remember to stay within the handbook guidelines. They will go to class through period 4 and then will proceed to the gym to meet their guests.
We ask that all juniors and their guests sit in the bleachers, chairs are reserved for Seniors and their guests. Of course, any Junior with a guest who specifically needs a chair is welcome to use them. All Juniors and Seniors are dismissed after mass to enjoy the afternoon with their moms.
Please reach out to campus ministry if you have any questions.
