There has been an increase in mental health challenges among adolescents and young adults. Poor mental health can have a serious impact on academics, decision-making skills and physical health. Access to reliable information and resources about mental health, especially during early years, can offer guidance, support, and help build coping skills for young people to carry into adulthood.
