A huge thank you to Jumpstart graduate and borrower Mark Nesbitt for creating an incredible 10-Year Anniversary Video to help us celebrate a major milestone!

After attending our anniversary event earlier this year, Mark reached out with this inspiring message:

"After hearing about this incredible milestone and all the accomplishments that have positively impacted so many lives, I was truly inspired. I wanted to ask if Jumpstart might be interested in partnering to create a 10-year anniversary video. We immediately said yes — and we’re so grateful for Mark’s vision, creativity, and time. The final video is a powerful tribute to everything we’ve built together over the past decade.

The 5-minute film features our President and Founder Ken Weinstein, along with several amazing friends of Jumpstart: Sly Burton, Yvonne Haskins, Rhakeim Miller, Kwame Gray, and Jasmine Schley.

CELEBRATING COMMUNITY with Jumpstart Philly en Español

In April, we had the pleasure of hosting the Jumpstart Philly en Español community at our office — and what a night it was! The room was filled with energy, joy, and a shared passion for real estate development, all complemented by some truly delicious Dominican appetizers and desserts.

A big thank you to Kersy Azocar and the entire team at Greenline Access Capital for their leadership in bringing Jumpstart to Philadelphia’s Spanish-speaking community. We’re thrilled to see the second cohort of Jumpstart Philly en Español already underway, building momentum and making an impact!
