Confirmation Weekend is almost here! Join us in celebrating as students confirm their faith in Jesus!

Confirmation Class Witness: On Saturday, May 3rd at 5pm in the Sanctuary, Confirmands will give witness to their personal faith through their Confirmation Faith Creations.

The Rite of Confirmation: During the 10:30am service on Sunday, May 4th, Confirmands will confirm their Faith before the congregation

All youth in Grades 7-12 are invited to join us for a Game Night in the Youth Room on Wednesday, May 7th from 7pm to 9pm. We have plenty of games here, but you are welcome to bring your own too!
| | On Saturday, May 10th, we will have a Museum of the Bible Day. Youth in Grades 7-12 will meet at Prince of Peace at 9am and ride together to the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. We will arrive back at Prince of Peace at 2:00pm. The cost is $30 per student, which includes museum tickets, travel, and lunch. Registration for this event has already closed, but if you are interested in registering late, please reply to this email and we'll see if we are able to fit you in! | |

Feeling stressed out? Grades 7-12, join us on Wednesday, May 14th from 7pm to 9pm in the Youth Room for a Stress Buster night. We will learn more about navigating stress through Scripture, movement, art, mindfulness, and worship. | | |
All youth in Grades 7-12 are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 21st, from 7pm to 9pm, for an Outdoor Game and Worship Night! We will meet outside by the Prince of Peace School entrance. Wear your fastest sneakers and come ready for a fun night!

On June 1st, at both the 8am and 10:30am services, we will be honoring those who are graduating from high school, college, graduate school, trade school, apprenticeship programs, and the like. We will be offering a blessing and a small gift to all those registered. If you are graduating, we want to celebrate you! Please register by May 25th!

| Rising Middle School Girl's Group with Family Therapeutics, Inc. | | | | |
Family Family Therapeutics, Inc is offering a process group for rising middle school girls to help increase their social confidence.
In this group, students will
- Build connections in group
- Gain confidence in social settings
- Learn relaxation and coping skills
- CBT strategies, play, and art activities will be utilized in the group process.
The cost is $85 per group session. Family Therapeutics, Inc. is an out of network provider but they will offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
| | The group starts in May 2025 and will meet every other Saturday from 12:00pm to 1:30 pm. Group will be between 3-5 members. Group will be led by Brianna Rendin, LPC who has over 10 years of experience working with school aged kids as a former school counselor and current therapist. | Vacation Bible School is August 4th-8th and our theme is True North: trusting Jesus in a wild world! All Adults and Students entering Grades 7 and up in the Fall of 2025 are invited to volunteer at VBS. You do not need to be a Prince of Peace member to volunteer. Join us as we guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure, pointing them to Jesus, our True North! | | We have a Youth Group Chat on GroupMe! All youth in Grades 7-12 are invited to join!
